Zoé Aczél (b. 1998, Budapest, Hungary) is a multidisciplinary artist based in the UK whose intuitive painting practice explores liminality, memory, and synesthetic responses to music. Through biomorphic surreal landscapes, Aczél creates immersive emotional environments that confront themes of longing, grief, ancestry, and healing. Her work acts as a form of introspection, translating inner psychological states into otherworldly spaces where body and mind, living and dead, wisdom and ancestors coexist in symbiotic ways.

In 2015, Aczél moved to England. In 2020, she began studying Fine Art: Painting at the University of Brighton, where she expanded her autobiographical approach to painting. She worked as an Artist Assistant for Iva Troj in 2021 and graduated in 2023.

Aczél exhibited a series of works in the Brighton Summer Shows exploring her family history through responding to writings and ornaments created by her grandfather during his imprisonment in Arkhangelsk forced labour camp between 1944–46. Her work has since been exhibited in Wuhan, China, Brighton, and Vienna.
